What if learning about emotions felt like an adventure?
Join Yasmeen in collaboration with the Divine Earth Village for six weeks of exploring, playing, creating, wondering, and getting a little muddy — as we discover how nature can help us understand our feelings, calm our nervous systems, and strengthen the connection between parent and child.
Each week will include hands-on nature activities, games, stories, movement, mindfulness, and time for curiosity and play. Along the way, parents will learn practical tools to better understand their child's nervous system (and their own), while children build emotional awareness in ways that feel natural, engaging, and fun.
This series is geared towards children 9 and under — but all ages are welcome. Siblings and older kids are invited to come as they are.
Parents are required to stay for the entirety of each class. This is a shared experience — your presence and participation are part of what makes the series so meaningful for your child.
